We need to do more...

After reading the post above on a blog I follow, I've decided to do more. There is absolutely no excuse in the US for people to freeze or starve to death. I've been making some very warm hats to send and I'll be sending a score of other things as well. Please read the blog post and do something to help if you are able!

You are very right - there is no reason why anyone in the States should be freezing or starving. I definitely try to crochet for charity as best I can. I am gonna go read the post (and probably make some hats or something)
I'm glad you were inspired to help - and I'm sure there will be a lot of hat/scarf recipients that will be too.

Thanks Cris! Lets see if we can spread this through the net and get more people to help. If I could take off and go there to help I would. Might be a mission trip my family and I should do this summer...Post it on your blog and hopefully it will spread it more!
